Patch for GNU emacs 23.2 to fix freeze

This patch will fix the freezing of input in emacs 23.2 on Ubuntu
that occurs when switching from/to the emacs window (doesn't occur in Debian 5 nor FreeBSD 8 BTW).
A workaround was to click a menu item but that becomes annoying.

Untar emacs-23.2.tar.gz, rename as a/ and copy as the b/ dir.
patch -p0 < emacs_23_2_fix-menus.diff
